1. Name: door straightening system
2. A complete set includes the following components:
1) 1 anchor cup, black plastic
2) 1 tensioner, black plastic with galvanized steel nut
3) 1 threaded rod,1927mm long, steel
4) 1 trim strip, 1852mm long, unfinished aluminium
5) 4 retaining plates, black plastic
6) 4 rubber O rings
3. The installation steps of the door alignment fittings are as follows:
1). Cut the threaded rod and the aluminium trim strip upon required dimension.
2). Screw two threaded rods with dextrorotary and the contrarotate cups into the two ends of the connective fitting respectively.
3). Screw the connective fitting to make the two ends of the same screwing length,adjust it to the drilled holes and then embed it well into the predrilled door slot.
4). Cover the U-shape aluminium trim strip onto the threaded rod and embed it into the door slot.
5). Install the decorate cover and the plastic retaining plates evenly to fix the aluminium trim strip and fasten all the plastic fixing bases with counter bores using 4c*15 self-tapping screws.
6). Screw the connective fitting with a 3mm inner hexagonal wrench or screwdriver till the door is vertical.
7). Close the decorate door.
